British Airways has released a series of scheduled changes for selected long-haul flights operating from London Heathrow this winter. The updates reflect the 2019/20 winter season from 27 October 2019 and also include changes to operating aircraft.

The changes are detailed below:

London Heathrow – Austin effective 29 Oct 19; day 2 service operated by 777-200ER instead of -300ER
London Heathrow – Bangalore 27 Oct 19 – 31 Dec 19; 787-9 replaces 3-class 777-200ER
London Heathrow – Boston BA203/202 on day 4 operated by 787-8 instead of 777-200ER
London Heathrow – Dallas/Ft. Worth effective 27 Oct 19; 747-400 replaces 777-200ER, 1 daily
London Heathrow – Dubai 
effective 27 Oct 9; 747-400 scheduled on 1 of 3 daily flight, operating BA109/108 instead of BA107/106 in W18 (BA107/106 operated by A350-1000XWB)
London Heathrow – Los Angeles effective 27 Oct 19; BA281/280 to be operated by 747-400 instead of 787-9
London Heathrow – Miami effective 27 Oct 19; BA209/208 747-400 replaces A380, overall 3 daily 747 in W19
London Heathrow – Washington Dulles effective 27 Oct 19; BA217/216 to be operated by A380 instead of 747-400
London Heathrow – Bahrain – Dammam effective 1 Dec 19; Bahrain service extends to Dammam, 777-200ER operates 1 daily. Dammam was previously served until March 2002
London Heathrow – Johannesburg effective 27 Oct 19; service continues to operate 14 weekly instead of 18
London Heathrow – Osaka Kansai 
effective 27 Oct 19; 3 weekly services during winter instead of 4 in summer. Operated by 787-8
London Heathrow – Philadelphia effective 27 Oct 19; 10 weekly service maintained in winter 2019/20 season instead of 7 weekly
