Scandinavian airline SAS has cancelled more than 500 flights scheduled for Wednesday as pilots enter a fifth day of strikes. Airbus announced Thursday that Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has selected the A330-300 to “further standardise its long-haul fleet,” with the addition of one unit of the aircraft type. Scandinavia’s SAS Group has announced plans to order 50 more Airbus A320neos to replace its Boeing 737s and older A320 aircraft.
